Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched after payment is provided and depending on the product, we can confirm you have the proper documentation required by national law. Typically orders are processed within two days after these items have been confirmed.

Should the product not be in stock our staff will contact you about the length of time of delivery. Our products vary in the time it takes to manufacture and arrive at our warehouse.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Bullet Central Africa will contact you and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Shipping

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Bullet Central Africa must ship anything firearms related with an accredited courier. We use RAM Courier services, the only accredited firearm courier in South Africa.

Non-firearm related packages are typically sent with SWIFT.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. Once your order is placed, the payment is verified and (if the item requires permits) we have a copy of all required paperwork, we will process your order immediately.

Refunds and Return Policy

At Bullet Central, we stand by the quality of our products, and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you are welcome to return it to us.

In the event that a product is damaged or does not function properly, customers should contact us and provide proof of the defect. We will provide free return shipping and offer to send a replacement item or refund the full purchase price.

If a customer would like to return a product for reasons not related to damage or defect, they should send the item with its original packaging to our location at Unit 2, 10 Stillewater St – Durbanville Ind. Park – Fisantekraal, 7550 – Western Cape, South Africa. We will refund the full item purchase price but will not reimburse shipping expenses.

* Note: Bullet Central Africa recommends that you use a carrier that offers tracking to ensure returns make it to Bullet Central Africa.

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
1. Shipment tracking.
2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

Bullet Central Africa endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Bullet Central Africa reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Should Bullet Central Africa reduce its price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.

If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand the laws and restrictions regarding firearms in his or her jurisdiction. Bullet Central will never knowingly ship or transfer a product to a person in any jurisdiction where it is not legal to possess the product. Bullet Central shall have no liability in an instance where a customer intentionally or unintentionally violates a local, provincial, or national law.

Firearm Components and Parts: All firearm components sold by Bullet Central are intended for the use of qualified gunsmiths. Buyers are responsible for finding a qualified professional to assist in installing the component. Bullet Central is not responsible for improper use or installation of products sold. We cannot be responsible for any damages, loss, or physical harm arising from misuse, improper installation, careless handling, unauthorized modifications, neglect, corrosion or other influences beyond our control.

Firearm Accessories and Cleaning: Buyers are responsible for proper usage of the firearm accessories and cleaning products purchased. It is advised that buyers refer to the manufacturers instructions before using any newly purchased product. Bullet Central cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss, or physical harm resulting from the misuse, careless handling or unauthorized modification of such products.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Bullet Central Africa and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Bullet Central Africa for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
