What if I order the wrong product, the product doesn’t work or I do not like the item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your product or purchase from Bullet Central, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. We are committed to making sure the product you buy is exactly what you need.Getting a return or exchange is easy. Simply fill out the Exchange Form and email it to us, or call us directly. You can also bring the item to our Bullet Central store in the Durbanville Industrial Park in Fisantekraal, Western Cape. Once we receive the returned item we will process the refund or replacement immediately.

How long will it take my items to arrive?

Bullet Central staff begin processing your order as soon as it is received. If you order in the shop, you can potentially walk away with the item immediately. Items that require alteration may take more time for pickup. Online orders typically are processed within one day and can be shipped within two to four days after payment has been received.Shipping speeds vary by destination. Bullet Central staff will let you know when your item has shipped and give you the tracking number.

Do I need any permits or licenses to have products from Bullet Central?

It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand the laws and restrictions regarding firearms in his or her jurisdiction. We sell products to customers around the world and laws and restrictions vary greatly. Bullet Central will never knowingly ship or transfer a product to a person in any jurisdiction where it is not lawful to possess the product.
